This Penthouse apartment suite is located in Bocagrande in Cartagena Colombia. The Penthouse apartment is at the top of the condominium on the Top 19th floor with majestic views of the ocean, city and the marina. This fully inclusive penthouse is over 4000 square feet with 4 bedrooms, a 12 person Jacuzzi, a huge balcony with wrap around balconies and private balconies in certain rooms. There are TVs with cable in all the bedrooms and in the living room space. With 4 bedrooms, the penthouse apartment is configured to accommodate up to 10 people.
Living Areas
The living room area has a big couch and cable TV available. The dining room has a table which can sit 10 persons with views off the balcony of the ocean. The penthouse also has a full size kitchen with all appliances you will need. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The apartment also has a tank-less water heater system. The living area also includes over 2000 square feet of balcony space which consists of some private balconies for certain rooms as well as a balcony with a jacuzzi. The penthouse apartment has 5 bathrooms in total. 3 bathrooms are en-suite private bathrooms for 3 of the bedrooms. The other bathroom is a powder room in the main hallway and another bathroom is located near the laundry room which features a shower.
